Acrylic sizing binder
M-5000 D is a self sufficient binder doesn’t require any other binder /top-up of PVA/Resin binders.
Performs consistently for warp sheet having count from 5’s to 30’s and ends up to 12000 and for high reed picks at higher speed looms. Better yarn flexibility for high speed looms.
The yarn does not crack / bend & harsh feel not observed.
Due to its high bonding strength it require 10-20% less starch quantity which also results into better de-sizing & sludge reduction at ETP.
