Riderless Flat Heald
The riderless flat healds are mainly identified by their end loops:
"C" shaped ends are suitable for heald carrying rods of size 22 x 1.7mm
"J" shaped ends are suitable for heald carrying rods of size 16 x 2.1mm
"O" shaped ends are suitable for heald carrying rods of size 9 x 1.5mm
These healds are quite suitable for high speed machines without any breakages or yarn abrasion.The threaded eye is made super smooth and polished for easy and perfect weaving of fabric.
Simplex and duplex type flat steel healds are supplied with threaded eye in centre and off centre as per requirement of the customer.
